The Coeur d’Alene North project is the exterior renewal of a nine story condominium. Work includes power washing the Dryvit exterior, painting, siding repairs, installing new metal railings, and LED lighting. The prominent northwest corner of the building features the words “Coeur d’Alene North” running vertically up the wall. This signage was added to pronounce the condominium’ s presence in the city and provide a welcome for people coming into downtown Coeur d’Alene. This renewal project was an opportunity for the client to change the identity of their building and also affect the identity and landscape of downtown Coeur d’Alene.
