We have done a few Real Estate Transactions through the years, but never in Idaho. We were referred to Sarah by her current clients. She was on it! We were out-of-state buyers so she advised us on the pros and cons of the areas we thought we liked. She took the time to FaceTime us through a property that we weren’t 100% on, and we didn’t want to commit to a flight until she gave us the go-ahead (that one wasn’t the home for us). When it came time for inspections she referred us to the best home inspector we have ever come across! She was also there during the inspection to help navigate any potential issues. When a Radon issue came to light she was immediately on the phone and had someone come up the same day to provide an Estimate for Mitigation. Thanks to her we were able to get the repairs completed and close before the usual 30-day time frame!
